This limited edition brownie has been made as a tribute to my favourite lockdown tipple and many caffeine / booze fuelled lockdown hours. A delicious dark chocolate brownie base topped with an espresso martini ganache, decorated with tempered dark chocolate painted with bronze and white splashes.

Birthday Brownies

From start to finish Happy Hour cakes have been amazing. The brownies were a gift and they emailed me to make sure a gift card with included and when there was a delay in the delivery they emailed me back within minutes. My friend said the espresso martini brownies tasted absolutely beautiful!
